The economic entity or a person with professional competence is obliged to report the fireworks display to the relevant municipal authority and the relevant fire brigade of the region at least 2 working days before its execution.

On the basis of the instruction of the control authorities (the District Mining Office), a person with professional competence is obliged to submit for inspection the records of data on all pyrotechnic products of category F4 (fireworks) and T2 (theatrical pyrotechnics) used in the performance of fireworks and to allow copies, copies or extracts to be made.

A legal or natural person who, in the course of his or her prospecting, exploration, construction or other activities, discovers the presence of groundwater with signs of elevated temperature, mineralisation or carbon dioxide, gas or peloid content, is obliged to notify the Ministry of Health of this fact within 15 days of the date of discovery.

If the physician examining the body of the deceased suspects that the cause of death is a dangerous infectious disease, or that the patient is a patient with such a disease, if the cause of death was such a disease, or if the death is that of a patient with such a disease, he shall immediately notify the competent public health authority.

If the physician conducting the examination of the body of the deceased suspects that the deceased has been contaminated with a radioactive substance, or if he suspects that the cause of death of the patient was contamination with a radioactive substance, or if the death of the patient was contaminated with a radioactive substance, he shall immediately notify the State Office for Nuclear Safety and the public health protection authority.
