Government Regulation No 282/2014 Coll., on certain conditions for the implementation of the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products
A producer selling raw milk and milk products directly to the consumer shall notify the State Agricultural Intervention Fund by 31 January of the quantity of raw milk and milk products sold under direct sale in the previous calendar year on a form issued by the Fund.
