The food business operator operating a slaughterhouse shall send the classification reports for slaughter pigs and slaughter cattle no later than the fifth working day of the month following the date of classification to the person responsible for keeping the central livestock register. When data are transmitted by means of remote data transmission, the person responsible for keeping the central livestock register shall approve the format of the data file to be transmitted.
