Obligation of the postal licence holder to provide at least 1 month in advance in writing to the Czech Telecommunications Office and to the basic territorial self-government units that may be affected by the change, information that the post office or other establishment of the postal licence holder, in which any of the basic services contained in its postal licence are provided, is to be temporarily closed or closed down.
