The employer is obliged to send the regional branch of the Labour Office confirmation of the amount of income of the claimant or other persons mentioned in the application for benefits within 8 days from the date of receipt of the request. The confirmation is preferably issued electronically via a data box. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs sets out the conditions of the certificate - the format, content and structure of the data message in Decree No 410/2023 Coll., on establishing electronic communication for the purposes of humanitarian benefit.

Banks, branches of foreign banks, savings and credit cooperatives, electronic money institutions, branches of foreign electronic money institutions, small-scale electronic money issuers, payment institutions, branches of foreign payment institutions and small-scale payment service providers are obliged to provide the regional branch of the Labour Office, upon its written request, with data on the account numbers of the benefit claimant, benefit recipient and jointly assessed persons or their other unique identifiers, as well as their status and changes.
