Producers placing on the market selected plastic products listed in Parts B to D of the Annex to the Act for single use are obliged to keep records of the quantities of the selected products they have placed on the market in units of weight. They are obliged to keep the records for 5 years and to produce them at the time of inspection. The manufacturer shall ensure that each selected plastic product listed in Part B of the Annex (e.g. pre-wetted wipes, beverage cups) to this Act that it places on the market bears a visible, clearly legible and indelible label on its packaging or on the product itself, which provides information to end-users on the appropriate management of waste from the products and the presence of plastics in the product. | Other | not transmitted/not reported | cannot be determined | |||
