Obligation of shops with a sales area exceeding 200 m2 to comply with the ban on retail sales on selected public holidays and other holidays. It does not apply to fuel and lubricant filling stations, pharmacies, shops in places of increased passenger concentration at airports, railway stations and bus stations, shops in health care facilities and retail sales when a state of danger, state of emergency, state of national emergency or state of war is declared.

Pawnshops, establishments intended for trading in used goods and establishments intended for collecting and buying waste (regardless of the size of the sales or buying area) are obliged to observe the ban on sales on selected public and other holidays.
