Obligation of a legal entity to prove that it has its registered office in the Czech Republic, another Member State of the European Union or in a State that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, an organisational structure with a proper, transparent and comprehensive definition of competences and decision-making powers, an established supervisory board, board of directors or other similar controlling body, financial stability, transparent and reliable origin of resources, transparent ownership structure which makes it clear who the beneficial owner is according to the law governing the registration of beneficial owners.

The gambling operator is obliged to keep and provide reporting for each gambling game to the customs office locally competent according to the operator's registered office.

Obligation on the operator of a gambling hall or casino to verify the functionality of the monitoring equipment every 24 hours, to make a written record of the verification and to notify the customs office of any malfunction and the date of its rectification within 24 hours of the discovery of the malfunction.

The operator must notify the Ministry of Finance without undue delay of any changes in the facts on the basis of which the initial permit and the basic permit are issued, and provide evidence of such changes within 30 days of the date on which the change occurred. The operator must notify the municipal authority without undue delay of any changes to the facts on the basis of which the gaming premises permit was issued and provide evidence thereof within 30 days of the date on which the change occurred. The authorised person shall notify the Ministry of Finance without undue delay of any changes to the facts on the basis of which the authorisation for the professional assessment and certification of technical requirements was issued and shall submit evidence thereof within 30 days of the date on which the change occurred. It does not apply to information that the institution has in its possession or can ascertain.

The gambling operator is obliged to notify the municipal authority without undue delay of any changes to the facts on the basis of which the gambling premises permit was issued and to provide evidence of such changes within 30 days of the date on which the change occurred.
