Obligation of the operator of an installation containing at least 3 kg of controlled substances to keep a register of the installation and to keep it for inspection purposes at the place of operation of the installation for a period of 5 years (according to the model set out in Annex 1, Part A of Decree No 257/2023) and to submit it for inspection on request to the inspection body.

Information obligation of the assessment and certification body on issued certificates to the Ministry of the Environment (MoE) and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate. The evaluation and certification body is obliged to provide the MoE with the data referred to in § 13 within 30 days from the date of issuing the certificate for the purpose of their entry into the information system of certified persons, at the same time to send copies of issued certificates to the Czech Environmental Inspectorate within this period and to update the data provided to the MoE within 30 days from the date of change of the issued certificate and to inform the MoE and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate 1 month before the examination about the place and date of the examination.

The certifying body is obliged to inform the Ministry of the Environment and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate 1 month before the test about the place and date of the test.

The operator of the mobile technology for the recovery of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in the recycling of domestic refrigeration products must notify the Czech Environmental Inspectorate at least 14 days before the start of operation of the mobile technology for the recovery of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in the recycling of domestic refrigeration products to the waste collection facility. The notification shall include the address of the site of the activity, the stage of treatment, the date of commencement of the activity and the date of its expected termination.

Regular annual submission of a report on stored halons or fire protection systems or fire extinguishers with halons - the report is submitted to the Ministry of the Environment by 31 March for the previous calendar year via the ISPOP portal (Integrated System for the Fulfillment of Reporting Obligations).
