A one-off measurement of emissions pursuant to paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be deemed to be only such a measurement preceded by a notification to the Czech Environmental Inspectorate made by the operator at least 5 working days before the measurement is made. If the date of a planned measurement is changed or cancelled for foreseeable reasons, the operator shall notify the Czech Environmental Inspectorate at least 1 working day before the originally planned date.

The payer of the pollution fee (i.e. the operator of a stationary source) is obliged to submit a fee return to the regional authority by 31 March of the year following the end of the fee period via the integrated system for the fulfilment of reporting obligations in the field of the environment (ISPOP). The payer is not obliged to submit a fee return if the total amount of fees for the establishment for the fee period is less than CZK 50,000.

A legal person or a natural person who makes available to another person or imports a product used in the activities listed under codes 9.1. to 9.24. in Annex 2 to this Act which contains more than 3 % by weight of volatile organic substances shall be obliged to ensure that the product is labelled with information on the content of volatile organic substances in the manner laid down in the implementing legislation.

Persons placing on the market fuels specified in the implementing legislation are obliged to report the data specified in the implementing legislation to the Ministry of the Environment by 31 March of the following year.

The operator of a stationary source is obliged to submit information on the operation of the stationary source and its emissions, including data on the introduction of greenhouse gases into the air, to the competent air protection authority upon request.
