Obligation of the provider of medical emergency service to prepare a trauma plan, to update it at least once every 2 years and to submit one copy of the plan within 30 days from the date of its preparation or update to the regional authority of the region in whose territory the provider provides medical emergency service. The draft trauma plan and the draft amendments thereto shall be discussed by the provider of the emergency medical service with the regional authority.
