Obligation of manufacturers, importers or downstream users who place on the market on the territory of the Czech Republic mixtures that have hazardous physicochemical properties or hazardous properties affecting health, to provide the Ministry of Health with information on their effect on health, including information on their full composition and physicochemical properties in electronic form and in the scope specified by Decree No. 61/2013 Coll., on the scope of information provided on chemical mixtures having certain hazardous properties and detergents, within 45 days from the date on which they first placed these mixtures on the market.

Manufacturers or distributors who place detergents on the market in the territory of the Czech Republic are obliged to provide the Ministry of Health with the information contained in the data sheet according to the directly applicable European Union regulation on detergents within 45 days from the date on which they first placed the detergent on the market, to the extent specified by Decree No 61/2013 Coll., on the scope of information provided on chemical mixtures having certain hazardous properties and on detergents.
