The exporter of the goods shall be obliged to submit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, within thirty days from the day following the day on which the export was effected, a proof of verification of delivery issued by the competent authority of the State of final destination confirming the receipt of the goods in that State, if the Ministry of Industry and Trade so provides in the authorisation.

Obligation of the holder of the permit to provide technical assistance to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade without delay of the form and extent of the technical assistance provided or of the fact that the permit has not been used during its validity period.
