The Police of the Czech Republic may, to the extent necessary for the performance of a specific task, provide protection and assistance in the execution and enforcement of a decision, seize an item or provisionally secure it, seize persons, use a technical means to prevent the departure of a vehicle, prevent the operation of an unmanned system, enter a dwelling, premises, land, stop and inspect a means of transport, inspect a motor vehicle and demand payment of an outstanding amount, and seize license plates.
