The holder of a postal licence may perform state administration: receive submissions under the State Social Support Act and receive documents for the issuance of decisions under the State Social Support Act, including their transmission to the relevant regional branch of the Labour Office and provide basic information on the legal regulation of the State Social Support Act.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs may enter into an agreement with the obliged person (employer, entrepreneur), on the basis of which the state social support authorities will call for the disclosure of data decisive for the entitlement to the benefit, its amount or payment, and the obliged person will disclose the decisive data exclusively through the information system or by data mailbox.

Banks, branches of foreign banks, savings and credit cooperatives, electronic money institutions, branches of foreign electronic money institutions, small-scale electronic money issuers, payment institutions, branches of foreign payment institutions and small-scale payment service providers are obliged to disclose to the material hardship assistance authority, upon its written request, data on the account numbers of the benefit applicant, benefit recipient and jointly assessed persons or their other unique identifiers, as well as on their status and changes.

The supplier of gas or electricity shall be obliged to deliver a certificate to the material need assistance authority if it is requested to deliver a certificate on the amount of the costs for gas or electricity paid by the beneficiary or the person assessed jointly with him/her during the relevant period, or a certificate on the amount of the overpayment of the costs for gas or electricity that was reimbursed to these persons during the relevant period.
