A person who has been granted a permit to transport, import and export products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for security reasons must submit the permit to the customs office, in the case of import, together with a customs declaration, as declarant, or to the Police of the Czech Republic in the case of transport.

A person who has been granted a permit for the transport, import and export of products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for security reasons is obliged to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade in writing by the tenth day of the month following the end of the calendar half-year about the use of the permit in this past calendar half-year, in particular by using an electronic form in which, in addition to the general submission requirements, the data contained in the application for the permit and in the granted permit concerning the transactions carried out on the basis of this permit may be requested, the scope of which is set out in Government Regulation No. 282/2013 Coll, laying down the list of specified products, the conditions under which their import or transport may take place and certain conditions for specified products under which their export may take place.
