Obligation of a person wishing to conduct business in electronic communications to notify the Czech Telecommunications Office in advance.

Obligation of the radio frequency holder, for the purpose of changing or withdrawing the radio frequency allocation, to procure documents for processing the application, to check the accuracy of the data - to send, or to arrange for correction in order to meet the specified conditions.

Applying for authorisation to use numbers. The authorisation to use numbers is granted by the Czech Telecommunications Office.

Obligation of an undertaking providing a publicly available electronic communications service to provide information on the electronic communications services provided (e.g. to publish prices of services and changes thereto); information obligations for contracts (e.g. information on the right to a flat-rate compensation - e.g. if there is a change in the provider of the Internet access service with a delay); the provider of Internet access services or publicly available interpersonal communications services is obliged to publish complete, comparable, reliable, user-friendly and up-to-date information for end-users on the quality of its services. It shall publish this information in a manner allowing remote access and shall provide it to the Czech Telecommunications Office upon request prior to its publication.

An undertaking providing a publicly available electronic communications service and a universal service provider shall be obliged to submit in electronic form the applicable prices for services and changes thereto, including specified conditions, without delay upon request of the Czech Telecommunications Office.
