A written application for the granting or renewal of accreditation shall be submitted to the Ministry of Health by a health service provider, other legal entity or natural person interested in carrying out education in an educational programme or part thereof for a specialisation training course, accredited qualification course, certified course or practical teaching in accredited medical bachelor's degree courses for the training of midwives.

Obligation of the accredited institution within the framework of the granted accreditation to report in writing to the Ministry of Health within 30 days any change in the conditions related to the provision of education according to the educational programme.

An accredited qualification course shall be concluded by a final examination before an examination board in accordance with the examination regulations laid down in the implementing legislation. The examination board shall be set up by the accredited establishment. The Ministry of Health may appoint an additional member of this examination board. The Ministry of Health shall inform the accredited establishment in writing of the date and place of the final examination and the composition of the examination board at least 30 days before the date of the examination.

A health service provider with a residency or a regional health station with a residency (a training place that is co-financed from the state budget) for which a subsidy is provided (financing of specialisation training) shall announce a selection procedure for an approved residency no later than 14 days from the date of publication of the decision on the provision of the subsidy. The Ministry of Health shall be notified by the health service provider with a place of residence or the regional health station with a place of residence of the announcement of the tender.
