An exporter or broker is obliged to notify the Ministry of Industry and Trade if he suspects that dual-use items not listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 821/2021 of the European Parliament and of the Council which he intends to export or for which he intends to provide brokering services are intended, in whole or in part, for any use related to the development and production of weapons of mass destruction or for military end-uses.

The exporter is obliged to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade about exports made on the basis of general export permits in a calendar half-year always by the tenth day of the month following the end of that calendar half-year. The information shall be submitted in writing using an electronic form.

An exporter who is registered for a general export permit is obliged to notify the Ministry of Industry and Trade of changes to the registration data within 15 days of such change, except for changes and additions already registered in the basic registers, in the commercial or other public register.

The exporter of dual-use goods is obliged to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade in writing by the tenth day of the month following the end of the calendar half-year about the use of the licence in the past calendar half-year, using an electronic form.
