Obligation to keep records of the area planted and the hectare yields achieved.

Obligation to notify the Central Agricultural Inspection and Testing Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) of the grubbing-up of the vineyard between 90 and 30 days before the start of grubbing-up. The Institute shall inspect the planted area before grubbing-up. The grubbing-up shall be subject to the consent of the owner of the land on which the vineyard is situated.

Obligation of the producer of the products to notify the State Agricultural and Food Inspection Authority of the production of matoline wine for own consumption at least 7 days before the start of such production.

Obligation on the producer to notify the Central Inspection and Testing Institute for Agriculture in writing no later than the day of commencement, interruption or termination of the production of products, except for harvested fresh grapes.

The consignee of unpackaged wine, fresh grapes other than table grapes, must, rectified must concentrate or mash transported from another Member State of the European Union or from a third country shall notify the Central Inspection and Testing Institute for Agriculture immediately after their arrival at the first place of delivery in the Czech Republic, but no later than 12 hours after such arrival, of their quantity and the prescribed data (e.g. the batch designation of the product) via the Register of Vineyards.
