Act No. 440/2003 Coll., on the handling of rough diamonds, on the conditions of their import, export and transit and on amendments to certain acts, as amended
At the request of the designated customs office or the General Directorate of Customs, the person handling rough diamonds shall submit their records, including documents from which the required data are apparent.

A person who handles rough diamonds in such a way that his activities involve the import, export, trade or processing of rough diamonds shall submit to the General Directorate of Customs, by 31 March each year, an annual report on the handling of rough diamonds for the preceding calendar year.
