The operator is obliged to visibly display copies of the licence at the entrances to the zoo intended for the public. The licence to operate a zoo is issued by the Ministry of the Environment.

The operator is obliged to notify the Ministry of the Environment of all changes and additions concerning the data and documents specified for the application for a licence to operate a zoo.
