A legal or natural person who, in the course of his or her prospecting, exploration, construction or other activities, discovers the presence of groundwater with signs of elevated temperature, mineralisation or carbon dioxide, gas or peloid content, is obliged to notify the Ministry of Health of this fact within 15 days of the date of discovery.

The user of the resource (natural medicinal resource and natural mineral water resource) is obliged to notify the Ministry of Health of any changes concerning the data provided in the application for the permit to use the resource and the documents attached to the application, at least 30 days before their intended implementation, and if the changes were not known in advance, within 15 days of their occurrence.

The user of the resource (natural medicinal resource and natural mineral water resource) is obliged to notify the Ministry of Health and the competent customs office immediately of the commencement of the use of the resource.

The user of the source (natural medicinal source and natural mineral water source) is obliged to report to the Ministry of Health the data on the actual amount of yield from the source by the 15th day of each calendar month for the previous calendar month.
