Obligation of the notifier to submit a notification of intent in situations defined in Section 4(1) of the Act. The notifier is the person who intends to carry out the project (Section 3(k) of the Act), the project being understood as the buildings, installations, activities and technologies listed in Annex 1 to the Act (e.g. motorways, roads, power stations, chemical plants, but also mineral extraction, industrial zones, waste processing plants, warehouse or commercial buildings, car parks, etc. - see Annex No. 1 to the Act, which contains a total of 118 different items of projects that fall under the scope of the Act) or structures, facilities, activities and technologies that, according to the opinion of the nature protection authority issued pursuant to the Act on Nature and Landscape Protection, may individually or in conjunction with others significantly affect the object of protection or the integrity of a European site or a bird area (Section 3(a) of the Act).

Obligation of the notifier to submit documentation in situations defined in Section 4(1) of the Act. Obligation of the notifier (the notifier is according to the Act the one who intends to carry out the project; the definition of the project is set out in Section 3(a) of the Act) to prepare documentation if it concerns situations defined in Section 4(1) of the Act and the procedure according to Section 6(3), Section 7(5) or Section 8(1) of the Act, and its submission in electronic form to the competent authority (the Ministry of the Environment or the locally competent regional authority, or the Prague City Hall). Depending on the circumstances, the competent authority may also require submission in paper form.

Obligation of the notifier (the notifier is the one who intends to carry out the project according to the Act) to complete or revise the documentation in the situations defined in Section 4(1) of the Act and the procedure according to Section 8 of the Act.

The obligation of the notifier (according to the law, the notifier is the one who intends to carry out the project) to provide the preparer of the assessment with the documents used for the preparation of the documentation and other data necessary for the preparation of the assessment. The obligation applies to the situations defined in Section 4(1) of the Act and the procedure under Section 9(6) of the Act.
