The employer's obligation to notify the relevant health insurance company of the employee's commencement of employment (employment for the purposes of health insurance means the employee's activity from which he derives income from the employer) and its termination within eight days of the occurrence of the fact to be notified.

Obligation of the employer to notify the relevant health insurer of the change of health insurer by the employee within eight days of the occurrence of the fact to be notified, if the employee has communicated this fact to the employer. Notification shall be made by opting out of paying premiums with the original health insurance undertaking and by registering for premiums with the health insurance undertaking chosen by the employee.
