A food business operator who manufactures or places on the market infant formula, follow-on formula, cereal-based baby food, food for young children, food for special medical purposes, or a substitute for a full-day diet for weight control shall, before the first placing of such food on the market, notify the Ministry of Health in paper form or in electronic form by remote data transmission of its introduction by sending the Czech text of the label, including the mandatory information on the food, which shall be indicated on the packaging or label of the food.

The manufacturer and importer of electronic cigarettes or their replacement cartridges shall notify the Ministry of Health in electronic form by remote data transmission, within the time limits and to the extent laid down in the implementing legislation, of the information on the electronic cigarette and its replacement cartridge which it intends to place on the market or import.

The manufacturer and importer of electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refills shall report information on the market for electronic cigarettes and electronic cigarette refills to the Ministry of Health in electronic form by remote data transmission within the time limits and to the extent specified in the implementing legislation.

The manufacturer and importer of herbal products intended for smoking shall be obliged to submit to the Ministry of Health, in electronic form by remote data transmission, information on the herbal product intended for smoking according to its brand and type in the manner, to the extent and within the time limits laid down in the implementing legislation.

The manufacturer and importer of tobacco-free nicotine sachets shall notify electronically, by remote data transmission, within the time limits and to the extent specified in the implementing legislation of the Ministry of Health, information on the tobacco-free nicotine sachets they intend to place on the market or import.
