Obligation on the producer to report to the Central Inspection and Testing Institute for Agriculture within 30 days of the change the change in the producer's details, the change in the condition of the hop-growing area, i.e. the cancellation of the hop-growing area, the grubbing-up of a crop or part of a crop in the hop-growing area, the leaving of a hop-growing area without production, the planting of a grubbed-up hop-growing area or the replanting of a hop-growing area which has been without production, the replanting of missing plants in the hop-growing area if more than 10 % of the original number of seedlings in the hop-growing area is replanted; the hop-growing area may be replanted with the same variety or clone, the origin of the seedlings to be replanted shall be documented by the producer with proof of the origin of the seedlings, and the change in the area of the hop-growing area. | form | electronically: > form on the website > data box > information system of the office in writing - postal service | cannot be determined | |||

After the harvest has been completed and all the hop packages have been labelled, the producer must draw up a declaration from the producer stating the number and weight of the labelled hop packages by cadastral area and hop variety.
