A legal entity that has been granted a licence to conduct foreign trade in military material is obliged to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade about the use of the licence by the tenth day of the month following the end of the first and second calendar semesters. The information shall be submitted in writing using an electronic form.

The obligation of a legal person who has been granted a licence allowing the export or import of military material from or into the territory of the Czech Republic is to carry out the procedure for the allocation of a customs-approved destination and to submit the original of this licence to the locally competent customs office based in the Czech Republic.

Obligation of the supplier to inform the Ministry of Industry and Trade about transfers of military equipment made on the basis of a general licence in a calendar half-year always by the tenth day of the month following the end of the calendar half-year, for general licences of type a) and b) (i.e. the recipient is part of the armed forces of a Member State or is a public procuring entity which makes purchases exclusively for the armed forces of a Member State, the recipient is a legal or natural person certified under the relevant legislation of a Member State which incorporates the European Union regulation governing the simplification of conditions for transfers of military equipment) within the scope of the data referred to in Article 22b(1)(a) and (b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. 38/1994 Coll. (i.e. the name, business name or name and address of the recipient, a detailed description of the military material with an indication of the quantity of each item and the total price, a document evidencing the contractual relationship entered into, proof of end use, a confirmation by the recipient that he has been informed in advance of all the conditions of the transfer; the confirmation must include a specification of these conditions).
