Whoever carries out the activities provided for under paragraph 1 or 4 of § 5b is obliged to report to the nature conservation authority by 31 December of each year the intervention carried out on the basis of the derogation procedure within the framework of the general protection of birds. The nature conservation authority shall immediately inform the Ministry of the Environment thereof via the species conservation register.
