Requirement a) obligation to demonstrate the technical prerequisites to ensure the performance of the activity and that the operation of the activity will not endanger the life and activity of persons, property or environmental protection interests, b) obligation to provide proof of liability insurance (trade: Production of thermal energy, and distribution of thermal energy, not subject to a licence, carried out from thermal energy sources with an installed capacity of one source over 50 kW).

Obligation to comply with conditions in accordance with the granting of a concession for certain trades (Annex 3 to the Trade Licensing Act): 4. Obligation to provide a certificate of verification (trades: development, manufacture, repair...of weapons and ammunition, operation of shooting ranges and instruction and training in shooting with weapons, carrying out pyrotechnical surveys, research, development...of explosives and carrying out blasting work, security of property and persons, private detective services).

Obligation of the entrepreneur to present a document issued in a foreign language translated into Czech by an interpreter registered in the list of interpreters and experts, to have the authenticity of the signature and stamp authenticated, if required by law.
